ABSENT: Tom Adams and Deb Brown. <br />CITY PLANNER: Charles L. Marohn, Jr., PE, AICP <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR: Dawn Bittner <br />COUNCIL LIAISONS: Craig Nagel and Nancy Adams. <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DISCUSSION <br />Housing: <br />Page 9, line 14, "often with sidewalks" was discussed. Residents of Sibley Terrace <br />would like to be able to walk to town on sidewalks. <br />�. Page 14, line 7, remove the phrase including "complete ". <br />Midterm Actions: Include "Work with HRA for rehabilitation areas and to identify <br />funding needs." <br />Mr. Marohn explained the action items need to have public input and Staff will propose <br />options to collect that. <br />Mr. Marohn explained the Background section is dated and needs to be rewritten. <br />Policies, page 41: <br />Line 10, this one makes sense. <br />Line 19, should be rewritten. <br />Line 24, tone needs to change. <br />Line 32, omit. <br />Line 1, page 42, improve. <br />Transportation: <br />Line 5, no comma <br />Line 5, cross off "to adjacent" <br />Page 37, line 7, needed "to" <br />Line 14, designed <br />MINUTES 1 <br />Pequot Lakes Planning Commission <br />October 21, 2010 <br />
