<br /> vehicular violation, attach to the vehicle, a notice of violation. Said notice shall
<br /> set forth the nature, date and time of the violation, the name of the official issuing

<br /> citation statin�the date, time, and nature of the offense, the name of the official
<br /> issuin�the citation, the amount of the scheduled administrativepenaltv, and the
<br /> manner for pa�� the fine or appealing the citation by requesting an
<br /> administrative conference. The citation shall be presented in person or bxrnail to
<br /> the person responsible for the violation.
<br /> 2. Administrative Penalty A person responsible violatin th� e City Code may be
<br /> subject to an administrative penalty in an amount not to exceed the amount of the
<br /> maximum fine allowed,if each ordinance violation had been prosecuted as a
<br /> misdemeanor.
<br /> Section 7-1.4. PAYMENT; REQUEST FOR ADMINISTRATIVE CONFERENCE.
