ORDINANCE NUMBER i8-o5, SECOND SERIES <br /> `" AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAP'I'ER 1� OF THE CITY CODE <br /> REGARDING DEFINITIONS AND LAND USE MATRIX <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COLIN'I'Y OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Purpose and Intent: The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to amend Chapter <br /> i�of the Pequot Lakes City Code regarding Definitions and Land Use Matrix. <br /> Amendment: Chapter i�,Article 3.2 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Section i�-3.2. DEFINITIONS <br /> 13rewerv_ ,Manufactures, �rocesses and warehouses malt _ lic�uor for wholesale <br /> distribution in off-sale packages to retail lic�uor establishments and ma��retail malt lic�uor <br /> product for on-site consumUtion in a taproom or for off-site consumption as�ro�vlers. A <br /> bre�ver ma�� not ha��e an o�ti�ership interest in a bre��erk licensed under Minnesota <br /> Statutes Section �4pA•�oi, Subd. 6, clause (d). <br /> �" Taproom- A room that is ancillar}� to the �roduction of malt liquor at a bre�ver�� ���here <br /> the�ublic can purchase and/or consume only the malt liquor produced on site. A <br /> taUroom may also sell malt liquor for off-sale consumption in gro�rler containers. <br /> Distillerv—A�lace or establishment where distilling, es�eciallv the distilling of Iiquors, <br /> is done. <br /> Solar Collector Svstems, Roof Mounted.
