� ORDINANCE NUMBER i8-o5 SECOND SERIES AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAP'rER 1�OF THE CITY CODE REGARDING DEFINITIONS AND LAND USE MATRIX CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES COUNTY OF CROW WING STATE OF MINNESOTA The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: Purpose and Intent: The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to amend Chapter i�of the Pequot Lakes City Code regarding Definitions and Land Use Matrix. Amendment: Chapter 1�,Article 3.2 shall be amended as follows: Section ��-3.2. DEFINITIONS Brewery- Manufactures, processes and warehouses malt liquor for wholesale distribution in off-sale packages to retail liquor establishments and may retail malt liquor product for on-site consumption in a taproom or for off-site consumption as growlers.A brewer may not have an ownership interest in a brewery licensed under Minnesota Statutes Section 34oA.3oi, Subd. 6, clause (d). �'—' Taproom-A room that is ancillary to the production of malt liquor at a brewery where the public can purchase and/or consume only the malt liquor produced on site. A taproom may also sell malt liquor for off-sale consumption in growler containers. Distillery—A place or establishment where distilling, especially the distilling of liquors, is done. Solar Collector Systems, Roof Mounted. Any of several devices, including ballast systems, mounted on the roof of a principal or accessory structure that absorbs and accumulates solar radiation for use as a source of energy. Amendment: Chapter 1�,Article 5.i6 shall be amended as follows: Section i�-5.16 I.AND USE MATRIX. The Land Use Matrix is attached. Effective Date: This ordinance amendment shall be in full force and effect from and after passage and publication according to state law. Repeal: This ordinance shall repeal all ordinances inconsistent herewith. � 1
