<br /> WHEREAS,the Crow Wing County Board of Commissioners has determined that the road hereinafter described
<br /> should be designated a County State Aid Highway under the provisions of Minnesota Law,
<br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Crow Wing County,Minnesota,that the
<br /> road described as follows,tawit,be,and hereby is,established,located and designated a County State Aid Highway
<br /> of Crow Wing County,subject to approval of the Commtssioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota:
<br /> Beginning at a point where the e�astlng center�ine of Patriot Avenue(previously known as TH 371)intersects
<br /> with TH 371 as presentiy laid out and constructed,near the southeast comef of Section 22,Township 136
<br /> North,Rartge 29 West,thence northerly along said centerline to its north-ihtersection with TH 371 as
<br /> presently laid out and constructed. �f ,
<br /> Including the portion of Patriot Avenue(previously known as TH�71)d�icated and included in the plats of
<br /> Minnesota Department of Transportatlon Right of Way Plat No:1&9U8,�Il�ge of Pequot,Brunes'Addition
<br /> to Pequot and First Addition to Cole's Plat of Pequot,on file�"n.the office of tFie�Crow Wing Couniy Recorder.
