Chair Hallan stated�ie would like a minimum i.5"caliper trees be used. <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Wilson, seconded by <br /> Planning Commission Member Larson,to approve the Landscape Plan. <br /> Trees shall have a minimum caliper of�.5 inches. All members voted"aye". <br /> Motion carried. <br /> b.Year End Report <br /> Bittner pointed out the increased number of applications received; 75%of all <br /> applications are handled as over-the-counter permits by Staff. <br /> c. Liaisons to Council Meetings <br /> Bittner explained at times the City Council may have questions for the Planning <br /> Commission Member or that she may need support of the Planning Commission <br /> Member when explaining recommendations to the City Council.
