Special City Council Minutes <br /> January 22,2019 <br /> Page 7 of 7 <br /> ----------------------------- <br /> C. North Sluetter Road: <br /> Council Member Pederson explained property owners requesting this roadway <br /> be paved and that Loon Lake will not provide monetary support for the <br /> improvements. Mr. Gorr asked if a Road Plan would help. Mr. Houle stated the <br /> City has developed criteria for grading their streets. This information should be <br /> reviewed and updated as needed. Mr. Gorr was directed to include North <br /> Sluetter Road on the Road Plan, work with Nancy Malecha to update the Road <br /> Plan, and provide the updated information to the Council. <br /> D. Security at City Hall: <br /> Council Member Swanson explained she is on the Safety Committee and an <br /> OSHA Inspector had pointed out several safiety deficiencies at City Hall. There <br /> are grants available to help with these safety improvements. The Safety <br /> Committee will make a recommendation to the Building Committee. <br /> 4. Adioumment � <br /> There being no further business, COUNCiL MEMBER SWANSON <br /> MOVED TO ADJOURN. COUNCIL MEMBER SEILS SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION.
