Call Meetina to Order <br /> Chair Ronning called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. <br /> 2. Consider Ac�enda <br /> COMMISSIONER NAGEL MOVED TO APPROVE;THE AGENDA. <br /> COMMISSIONER JOHNSON SECONDED THE MOT�ON. THE MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 3. Park Commission Minutes <br /> COMMISSIONER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE THE OCTOBER 11, 2018 <br /> PARK COMMISSION MINUTES. COMMISSIONER NAGEL SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 4. Outdoor Recreation Survev Update <br /> Chair Ronning gave an ovErview as to what was discussed in the October 11, <br /> 2018 meeting regarding the Outdoor Recreation Survey. Recommendations for <br /> the survey are make the form more user friendly by changing some punctuation, <br /> creating a different variation of the form, and/or simplify the form, use the words <br /> Outdoor Recreation (not "OR)throughout the survey, and add snowmobiling to <br /> the survey. Discussion ensued to open the prior"stud" trail, which is adjacent to <br /> the Paul Bunyan Trail for snowshoeing and cross country skiing activities. <br /> 5. LED Camera Pricing <br /> Commissioner Melby described two variations of LED Cameras for the Sibley <br /> Lake Park a $90.00 version that contains a sim card and will run on the battery <br /> for 5 months and/or the built in solar panel. He also presented a $369.99 version <br /> that would connect via satellite to a phone/computer and is solar powered. Ms. <br /> Bittner did speak with Sergeant Turcotte and he would be willing to come to a <br /> meeting to discuss this issue. <br /> 6. Holidav Decorations <br />
