City of <br /> Pequot <br /> Lakes— _ <br /> Water/Wastewater Report <br /> November 2018 <br /> Water Dep� <br /> Facilitv Performance for October 2018: <br /> Flow <br /> Average daily gallons pumped: 86,000 gallons <br /> Maximum daily gallons pumped: 140,000 gallons <br /> Minimum daily gallons pumped: 62,000 gallons <br /> Total monthly gallons pumped: 2,569,000 gallons <br /> Lab <br /> Average daily chlorine concentration: 0.23 (mg/1) <br /> �Recommended chlorine concentration: 0.2 to 0.5 mg/1 <br /> Average daily fluoride concentration: 0.44(mg/1) <br /> *Recommended fluoride concentration: 0.5 mg/1 to 0.9 mg/1 <br /> Wastewater Dept. <br /> Facilitv Performance for October 2018: <br /> Flow <br /> Average Daily Flow: 59,179 gallons (Design—121,795 gaUday) <br /> Maximum Daily Flow: 69,640 gallons <br /> Minimum Daily Flow: 48,825 gallons <br /> Total Monthly Flow: 1,834,551 gallons <br /> Operations ReAort <br /> 1) Water treatment facility inspections were completed daily. <br /> 2) Wastewater facility and lift station checks were done every Monday,Wednesday,and Friday. <br /> 3) Monthly lift station maintenance(check amps,clean floats,inspect wet well, etc)was completed <br /> on 11/20. <br /> 4) Weekly water testing was completed. <br /> 5) Water meters were read on 11/21. <br /> � Monthly fluoride report was submitted to Minnesota Department of Health on 11/1. <br /> 'n Monthly Discharge Monitoring Report was submitted to MPCA on 11/1. <br /> 8) The fluoride feed pump in the water treatment plant was repaired in late October. <br /> 9) PRASD operators have taken the new jetter out on a couple recent warm days to familiarize <br /> themselves with the controls,operation,etc. It is working very well and should serve the City <br /> for years to come. <br /> 10) The City's new service truck is in Hopkins having a utility body and crane installed.
