COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO ADD $12,000 TO THE <br /> 2019 PRELIMINARY BUDGET TO INSTALL HANDICAP <br /> ACCESSIBLE DOORS AT CITY HALL AND THE COLE MEMORIAL <br /> BUILDING. COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 3-2. MAYOR ADAMS AND COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER SWANSON OPPOSED. <br /> Special Revenue Funds: <br /> a. Library—Contract Services, increase by$2,880 for strategic planning <br /> consultation services. A consensus of the Council agreed to this <br /> change to the 2019 Preliminary Budget. <br /> Enterprise Funds: <br /> a. Water—Water Sales revenue, decrease by$2,750. A consensus of <br /> the Council agreed to this change in the 2019 Preliminary Budget. <br /> b. Water— Employer Share Health Insurance, decrease by$1,590. A <br /> consensus of the Council agreed to this change to the 2019 <br /> Preliminary Budget. <br /> c. Sewer—Sewec Sales revenue, decrease by$6,140. A consensus of <br /> the Council agreed to this change to the 2019 Preliminary Budget. <br /> d. Sewer— Employer Share Health Insurance, decrease by$1,590. A <br /> consensus of the Council agreed to this change to the 2019 <br /> Preliminary Budget. <br /> 4. Adjoumment <br /> There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA <br /> MOVED TO ADJOURN. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION.
