Call Meetina to Order <br /> Chair Ronning called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. <br /> 2. Consider Aqenda <br /> COMMISSIONER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA. <br /> COMMISSIONER JURCHEN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 3. Park Commission Minutes <br /> COMMISSIONER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE THE NOVEMBER 14, <br /> 2017 PARK COMMISSION MINUTES. COMMISSIONER JURCHEN <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 4. Bands in the Park <br /> Dawn Bittner asked if the Commission wants to schedule a band before Wylde <br /> Ryce at the Fireman's Dance on August 4, 2018. It was the consensus of the <br /> Park Commission to schedule a band from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on August 4, <br /> 2018. <br /> 5. Other Business <br /> Chair Ronning stated that no flags at City Hall, the park, USPS or American <br /> Legion were set at half-staff in remembrance Pearl Harbor Day. He suggested <br /> going to www.halfstaff.orc� to get the schedule and being the example for the <br /> community regarding the respect for the American Flag and what it stands for. <br /> Dawn Bittner asked Chair Ronning to respond to City Administrator Nancy <br /> Malecha regarding the landscape meeting. <br /> Dawn Bittner stated that the City Council is having a special meeting on January <br /> 16, 2018 at 6:30 PM to discuss project priorities for 2018. The City Council is <br /> requesting finro representatives from each Board or Commission to attend. The <br /> City Administrator is looking for the Chair and Vice Chair to attend the meeting. <br />
