Jordan, MN 55352 RE: City of Pequot Lakes Potential City Code�olation PIN: 29io9ooio22oo09 31340 �eside Avenue Dear Mr. and Mrs. Galle: On July 2�, 2oi8 the City extended Land Use Permit#i6-45 for six(6)months to February 8, 2oig. The permit stated "The property owner agrees to cornplete the siding on the dwelling by October 8,2oi8..." This was pointed out to you prior to your payment for the permit extension. I visited your property on October 8 and again today and took the enclosed photograph which indicates no attempt has been made to complete the siding on the dwelling. Per City Code,the following Property Maintenance issues must be addressed within the next fifteen (i5)days (by Oetober 3i, 2oi8): • Complete the siding on the dwelling. The City Code states in Section i�-�.6 VISUAL STANDARDS: Section 1�-�.6 VISUAL STANDARDS— SCREFNING �. General. No use shall create, maintain or continue any activity or structure which has a strong negative visual impact or offends the morals or violates the standards of the City. As opposed to initiating formal enforcement action against you for a violation of the City Code,we would like the opportunity to work with you to correct the situation.
