Council Member Pederson asked if there was an inspection for the egress windows and <br /> smoke detectors. Chair Hallan stated there is no Building Code enforcement,thus no <br /> inspection. <br /> Staff was directed to bring this back for a recommendation next month with the <br /> directives discussed. <br /> b. 2oi8 City Work Plan <br /> Mr. Burslie reviewed the Transportation comments from last month. Bittner explained <br /> why the Housing items are being moved to 2oi9. The vacant lot on Rasmussen Road is <br /> the Greer lot. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Wilson, seconded by <br /> Planning Commission Member Norton,to approve the September 20, 2oi8 <br /> Minutes. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> P&Z ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> Bittner pointed out the�permits issued in September and the 4letters sent or received. <br /> Planning Commission Member Birch volunteered to attend the November City Council <br /> meeting as Liaison,due to the resignation of Douglas Leckband. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Birch, seconded by <br /> Planning Commission Member Wilson,to adjourn the meeting. All <br /> members voted"aye". Motion carried.
