MOTION <br /> CARRIED 4-1. COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA OPPOSED. <br /> 5.2. Final Lew Meetinq Date <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO DISCUSS THE 2019 <br /> BUDGET AND PROPOSED FINAL LEVY AT THE DECEMBER 4, 2018 <br /> COUNCIL MEETING AT 6:30 P.M. Ordinance Amendment Regardinq Definitions <br /> Dawn Bittner stated in March the Planning Commission made a <br /> determination for the Animal Units for a miniature horse and is <br /> unanimously recommending the approval of the ordinance amendment. <br />
