City Council Minutes � <br /> September 4, 2018 <br /> Page7of9 <br /> ----------------------------- <br /> CONSTRUCTION INC. FOR AN AMOUNT OF $94,996.19. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER LOUKOTA SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> Council Member Akerson inquired as to the progress of the project. <br /> Tim Houle explained they are at about 60% completion and have been <br /> reminded of the end of September deadline date that they had been given. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 9.4. Rasmussen Road Studv Update <br /> Tim Houle stated there was a Rasmussen Road Committee meeting on <br /> Friday, August 24 at which they rev��wed the latest concept figures. The <br /> Committee went block by block to cover all aspects of specific needs. <br /> Widseth Smith Nolting will present some new figures to the Committee <br /> and have them available at the October 2"d Council meeting with the <br /> desire of obtaining approval in order to move on to an Open House <br /> meeting for feedback. <br /> Council Member Pederson requested the costs be split out between north <br /> and south sections of Rasmussen Road. <br /> 9.5. Handicap Entrance—Cole Memorial Building & Citv Hall <br /> Council Member Akerson stated the exterior door to the elevator at the <br /> Cole Memorial Building is too heavy for a handicap person to open and <br /> would like to get bids for the Cole Memorial Building elevator entrance <br /> door and for the City Hall entrance doors. <br /> Council Member Pederson stated it was not a budgeted item and should <br /> possibly be put into the Budget for next year. <br /> 10. Administration <br /> The following items were received by Council. <br /> • August 9, 2018 draft Park Commission minutes <br /> • August 21, 2018 draft EDC minutes <br /> • August 21, 2018 HRA minutes <br /> 10.1. Heart of the Good Life Development Video <br /> Mark Jurchen stated the bids were received for the Heart of the Good Life <br /> Development video and the Economic Development Commission is <br />
