Ms. Bittner stated there was not and the <br /> Planning Commission could look at it if the Council directed them to do so. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 18- <br /> 10 AMENDING CHAPTER 17 SECTION 3.2 REGARDING DEFINITIONS <br /> OF ANIMAL UNITS. COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THE <br /> SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 78-10. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> LOUKOTA SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 6.4. Ordinance Amendment Reparding Metes and Bounds Subdivisions <br /> Dawn Bittner explained the Planning Commission is unanimously <br /> recommending the Council approve the ame�dment 18-11 for parcels that <br /> are 10 acres in size or greater to have a minimum of a 33 foot wide road <br /> access to a designated right-of-way. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 18- <br /> 11 AMENDING CHAPTER 97 SECTION 9.4 AND SECTION 11.9 <br /> REGARDING METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISlONS. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER LOUKOTA SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5- <br /> 0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THE <br /> SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 18-11. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> SWANSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 6.5. Ordinance Amendment Reqardina Enforcement <br /> Dawn Bittner stated the City Attomey is recommending the City Council <br /> approve Amendment 18-12 regarding administrative fines. <br /> Council discussion ensued regarding the amount of the fee and what it <br /> was for. <br /> MAYOR ADAMS MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 18-12 AMENDING <br /> CHAPTER 17 SECTION 12.1 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 4-1. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON OPPOSED. <br />
