3. Virgil Dahl — This matter has been turned over to the Prosecuting Attorney. The
City Council unanimously supported the Planning Commission request.
4. Farmers Insurance sign — This sign is in addition to the sign concept plan. The
permanent sign that flashes was supposed to be observed only from the drive thru
and can be read from either street. That was not what was approved. It is too
close to the street. They will need a new Concept Sign Plan to keep the sign at
the driveway entrance. They could also use it as a Temporary Sign, 14 days in a
90 day period.
5. Dan Helbling has not called to schedule a meeting regarding the RV Resort
development.
ADJOURNMENT:
A motion was made by Mark Hallan, seconded by Tom Adams, to adjourn the meeting.
All members voted "aye ". Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 10:44 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Dawn Bittner
Zoning Administrator
Minutes 16
Pequot Lakes Planning Commission
July 17, 2010
