Total compensation includes base salary, <br /> benefits, perks, on-site amenities and additional fringe benefits. <br /> Develoq Pav Plan. A Pay Plan blends the results of internal job scoring using the JET process with the data obtained <br /> from external analysis, resulting in a pay plan that is internally consistent and externally competitive.
