(5/�3) <br /> ➢ Carter McAnnich— Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. This property <br /> has been declared a public nuisance. Property owner passed away and no <br /> probate action has begun. This is also a police issue and will be removed <br /> from list until we can proceed with enforcement. (5/�3) <br /> ➢ Diane Koval — F.xterior storage. Staff issued a Land Use Permit for an <br /> addition to the existing accessory structure that included the following <br /> language: "Excess items currently being stored outside shall be stored <br /> within the new addition. Property owner is aware failure to comply with <br /> the City Code regarding Exterior Storage will result in AdministratiUe <br /> Penalties in the amount of$ioo.00 per day each day the violation <br /> continues." Staff will continue to monitor and meet with <br /> Mr. Crist. (4/��) <br /> ➢ David&Christine Kennedy— Maintenance. Staff is using the new <br /> enforcement procedures to gain compliance. (5/1�) <br /> ➢ Erek Hamilton — Maintenance and Visual Standards. Staff contacted Mr. <br /> Hamilton in August and the dwelling and garage have been resided and <br /> painted. The missing garage door needs to be replaced and the rear of the <br /> dwelling needs new siding. Staff will monitor. (8/�8) <br /> ➢ Mike&Stephanie Blair— Permanent Camping Trailer. The trailer has been <br /> removed; property owner requested an e�ctension to remove decking. (�/�8} <br /> ➢ Gary Galle— Stormwater and Incomplete Construction. Mr. Galle's permit <br /> was extended 6 months. Landscaping has been stabilized with straw <br /> blanket. Siding remains to be installed. (6/18) <br /> ➢ Chris Brown — F.�cterior Storage.
