Planning Commission Report <br /> The August 29, 2oi8 Planning Commission Report and the August i6, 2018 <br /> Planning Commission Regular Meeting minutes were received by Council. <br /> 6.2.A Planning Commission Resignation <br /> COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGED BRIAN WALLIN'S RESIGNATION <br /> FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION. <br /> 6z.B Planning Commission Appointment <br /> MAYOR ADAMS MOVED TO APPOINT CHRISTOPHER SAVINO <br /> TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION WITH A TERM EXPIRATION <br /> OF DECEMBER 3i, 2oi8. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 6.3. Ordinance Amendment Regarding Definitions <br /> Dawn Bittner stated in March the Planning Commission made a <br /> determination for the Animal Units for a miniature horse and is <br /> unanimously recommending the approval of the ordinance amendment. <br /> Council Member Akerson questioned if there is anything in the ordinance <br /> that addresses comfort animals. Ms. Bittner stated there was not and the <br /> Planning Commission could look at it if the Council directed them to do so. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE <br /> 18-�o AMENDING CHAPTER��SECTION 3.2 REGARDING <br /> DEFINITIONS OF ANIMAL UNITS. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> LOiTKOTA SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THE <br /> SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE �8-�0. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER LOUKOTA SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 6.4.
