Dawn Bittner
From: Thomas Beaver <sendittotombeaver@gmail.com>
Sent: Monday, September 10,2018 11:33 AM
To: Dawn Bittner
Subject: Helbling rezoning
Dawn,and planning and zoning committee;
I remember the last time this property came up for development there was a problem with the preserve golf course
and access to the property. From my standpoint,as a committee member on the comprehensive environmental
preserve plan, I draw your attention to condition number 14 of said plan,and I quote:"structure setbacks from in joining
residentially zoned property shall be a minimum of 50 feet with existing vegetation screening preserve". ( I believe the
Helbling property was originally part of the preserve golf course development and is adjacent the golf course) . I would
add#14 as a condition for rezoning. Even though he has not stated what he wants to do with this property,A condition
such as#14 would save future hassles.
Thomas Beaver 26834 pine acres rd.
