COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. <br />Council Member Ryan stated that he does not like precedent of <br />having one person serving on the Planning Commission and on the <br />EDC as he will have a double vote with the Council. <br />MOTION CARRIED 3 -1. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN OPPOSED. <br />11.3. Personnel Agreement <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ACCEPT THE <br />PERSONNEL AGREEMENT DRAFTED BY THE CITY <br />ATTORNEY. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4 -0. <br />12. Other Business <br />There was no other business. <br />13. Adjournment <br />There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED <br />TO ADJOURN.
