Call Meetinq to Order �� <br /> Mayor Adams called the meeting of the Pequot Lakes City Council to <br /> order at 6:30 p.m. � <br /> 1.1 Pledqe of Alle�iance <br /> Mayor Adams led with the Pledge of Allegiance. I'� <br /> 2. Consider Aqenda <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA �' <br /> AS PRESENTED. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> Mayor Adams stated the Trailside Park Master Plan Project and the Street �, <br /> and Utility Improvements Project was not on the City Council agenda <br /> tonight because the City is currently researching the title authority for the <br /> road tum-backs before further Council consideration is needed. Mayor <br /> Adams thanked everyone for their patience and understanding as the City <br /> works to accomplish their due diligence. <br /> 3. Consent A�enda <br /> Council Member Akerson requested removal of item 3.1 City Council <br /> Meeting Minutes from the consent agenda. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT <br /> AGENDA WITH THE REMOVAL OF ITEM 3.1 CITY COUNCIL MEETING ' <br /> MINUTES. <br /> 3.2. PAYMENT OF BILLS FROM JULY 10, 2018 THROUGH AUGUST <br /> 7, 2018. <br /> 3.3. FINANCIAL REPORT ENDING JUNE 30, 2018. <br />
