Nancy Malecha and the City of Pequot Lakes: <br /> Thank you for taking the time to consider our proposal. <br /> As you will notice in the proposal, if B1azeAir is selected we will be partnering with Sky Candy <br /> Studios, an aerial production company run by Mike Welsh. <br /> Here is a little background on Mr. Welsh and why I feel he is also a great fit for this project: <br /> -`�---- --- <br /> Before flying drones for a living,Mike flew drones for the military. So to say he is familiar with <br /> unmanned aircraft systems(UAS)is an understatement.After the military he started a company <br /> called Sky Candy Studios, and has produced or helped with some of Minnesota's most <br /> impressive drone projects.
