As you will notice in the proposal, if B1azeAir is selected we will be partnering with Sky Candy Studios, an aerial production company run by Mike Welsh. Here is a little background on Mr. Welsh and why I feel he is also a great fit for this project: Before flying drones for a living, Mike flew drones for the military. So to say he is familiar with unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) is an understatement. After the military he started a company called Sky Candy Studios, and has produced or helped with some of Minnesota's most impressive drone projects. Three years ago he was actually one of the big influences for myself to get into the Business. While both Mike and I have our own aerial production companies, we actually met working at a company in Minneapolis called AirVuz. AirVuz is the world's largest site for sharing and hosting drone content. Working there has helped Mike and I learn and grow both in the drone industry but also the production and marketing side as well. Between B1azeAir, Sky Candy Studios, and AirVuz we have either been the "Official Aerial Provider" or been a vital part of drone productions for numerous films around Minnesota and the country.
