The applicant has complied with Conditions 2 and 4 placed on the <br /> Preliminary Plat approval as both are included in the Declaration. <br /> 2. An easement has been created for the storm drain located between Lot i <br /> and Lot 2 and is shown on the Final Plat. Maintenance of this storm drain <br /> is addressed in the Declaration. <br /> 3. The Final Plat agrees with the Prelinunary Plat. The design has not <br /> changed since Preliminary Plat approval. <br /> 4. The review by the City Attorney is pending. <br /> 5. There are no public improvements or improvements that will ultimately <br /> become public. Therefore,the City Engineer has not reviewed or <br /> commented directly on the Final Plat. <br /> 6. In a letter dated March 23, 2oi8 from Maureen Hayes, Minnesota <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor, #43805,indicates the Final Plat agrees with the <br /> Preliminary Plat. <br /> �. The applicant has paid the Park Dedication Fee of$4,680. <br /> Section i�-��.9 (6 D)states "Upon signature, the subdivider shall file all <br /> pertinent documents with the County Recorder.
