Per City Code,the following issues must be addressed within the next thirty(30)days (by August go, 2oi8): • The recreational vehicle (travel trailer)shall display a current license; • The recreational vehicle(travel trailer) shall be able to be readily moved; • The recreational vehicle(travel trailer) shall be stored within a building or fully screened so as not to be visible from adjoining properties, at least�o feet distance from any property line and outside of the OHW setback; • The permanent deck must be removed; • The enclosed refrigerator must be removed and stored within a structure, as well as any other miscellaneous items used in this camping area; • The recreational vehicle (travel trailer)shall not be hooked up to the Subsurface Sewage Treatment System. The City Code states in Section i�-7.5 EXTERIOR STORAGE: �. Declaration of Nuisance. Excess outdoor storage of materials, equipment and other objects is declared to be a public nuisance because it is unsightly, decreases adjoining landowners' and occupants' enjoyment of their "Thzs institutzon is an equ�tl opponunity provider and employer."
