Michael and Stephanie Blair <br /> i36T7 Crosscliffe Place <br /> Rosemount, MN 55068 <br /> RE: City of Pequot Lakes <br /> Potential City Code Violation <br /> PIN: 29�09oo�oi�Boo9, 29io9ooioi20009, and 29io9ooioig0009 <br /> 31394�eside Avenue <br /> Dear Mr. and Mrs. Blair: <br /> It has come to my attention through a complaint that a permanent camping unit has <br /> been placed at the above-captioned property. <br /> Per City Code,the following issues must be addressed within the next thirty(30)days <br /> (by August go, 2oi8): <br /> • The recreational vehicle (travel trailer)shall display a current license; <br /> • The recreational vehicle(travel trailer) shall be able to be readily moved; <br /> • The recreational vehicle(travel trailer) shall be stored within a building or fully <br /> screened so as not to be visible from adjoining properties, at least�o feet distance <br /> from any property line and outside of the OHW setback; <br /> • The permanent deck must be removed; <br /> • The enclosed refrigerator must be removed and stored within a structure, as well <br /> as any other miscellaneous items used in this camping area; <br /> • The recreational vehicle (travel trailer)shall not be hooked up to the Subsurface <br /> Sewage Treatment System. <br /> The City Code states in Section i�-7.5 EXTERIOR STORAGE: <br /> �. Declaration of Nuisance. Excess outdoor storage of materials, equipment <br /> and other objects is declared to be a public nuisance because it is unsightly, <br /> decreases adjoining landowners' and occupants' enjoyment of their <br /> "Thzs institutzon is an equ�tl opponunity provider and employer." <br />
