' <br /> (14) The Planning Commission may impose noise standards in order to assist in <br /> reducing potential impacts on neighboring properties. <br /> (15) All vacation/private home rentals, operating prior to the effective date of these <br /> standards,shall be in compliance with this section by April 1, 2014. <br /> 17.01 Water S�A,�Iv and Sewa�e Treatment: � <br /> � <br /> Water Supply-Any public or private supply of water for domestic purposes must meet or <br /> exceed standards for water quality of the Minnesota Department of Health and the Minnesota <br /> Pollution Control Agency. , <br /> Sewage Treatment- any premises used for human occupancy must be provided with an � <br /> adequate method of sewage treatment,as follows: <br /> A. Publiciy owned sewer system must be used where available. , <br /> B. All private sewage treatment systems must meet or exceed the Aitkin County I <br /> Subsurface Sewage Treatment System Ordinance and subsequent amendments.
