�1�� <br /> ������ <br /> �.��:�-_ <br /> NEW BUSINESS—EXTERIOR STORAGE DISCUSSION <br /> Agenda Item: �(b) <br /> Background Information: Christopher Brown recently purchased the vacant <br /> lot on Mayo Hills Road from Cynthia Mlaskoch. Mr. Brown owns the property <br /> directly across Mayo Hill Road that includes a dwelling with attached garage and <br /> an accessory structure. <br /> September i, 2oi� Staff sent Ms. Mlaskoch a letter informing her that there shall <br /> be no exterior storage allowed on lots that do not contain a principle or accessory <br /> structure. A copy of this letter is attached. Mr. Brown did contact Staff last fall <br /> e�cplaining that he uses the items on the vacant lot. <br /> The City received complaints this spring regarding the exterior storage. On July <br /> 31, 2018 Staff sent a second letter to Ms. Mlaskoch and copied Mr. Brown. A <br /> copy of this letter is attached. Mr. Brown contacted Staff and requested <br /> clarification regarding the exterior storage. <br /> Applicable Regulations: The City Code pertaining to Exterior Storage is <br /> included in the July 3i, 2oi8 correspondence. <br /> Planning Commission Direction: The Planning Commission should be <br /> prepared to give Staff and Mr. Brown direction regarding the earterior storage. <br /> Pequot Lakes Staff Report �(b)-i <br /> August i6,2oi8 '� <br />
