The Project Team, listed in the <br /> organizational chart, creates a continuous flow of communication from start to finish. In <br /> addition, KLM's staff has an extensive knowledge base, specializing in water storage <br /> systems, whether it be inspection, recondition, coatings, new tank or <br /> telecommunications. He has been involved in the inspection of over 300 <br /> elevated water towers, ground storage reservoirs, and industrial tanks <br /> of sizes ranging from 50,000 gallons to 120 million gallons.
