COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA SECONDED THE MOTION. Council Member Akerson inquired if#he bids would include the removal of Patriot Avenue. Tim Houle stated that i#would include the proposed removal of Patriot Avenue this fall. Issue Payment to Minnesota Power i Tim Houle explained the estimate from Minnesota Power to bury most of j the overhead lines in Trailside Park would be $40,000 and Minnesota � Power has requested a prepayment so they can put it on their work � schedule. MAYOR ADAMS MOVED TO AUTHORIZE A $40,000 PAYMENT TO MINNESOTA POWER FOR THE BURYING OF OVERHEAD POWER LINES AS PART OF THE TRAILSIDE PARK MASTER PLAN PHASE I PROJECT TO BE PAID FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED THE MOTION. Council Member Akerson inquired if this was a firm price quote. Mr. Houle stated that Mike Loven talked with Minnesota Power regarding the quote.
