Facility Performance: City Hall 218 - 568 -5222 Fax 218 - 568 -5860 cityhall @ pequotlakes- mn.gov Average daily gallons pumped: 100,000 gallons Maximum daily gallons pumped: 160,000 gallons Minimum daily gallons pumped: 63,000 gallons Total monthly gallons pumped: 2,391,000 gallons (as of the 25th) Average daily chlorine concentration: 0.4 mg/l Required chlorine concentration: 0.2 to 0.5 mg/l Average daily fluoride concentration: 0.9 mg/l Required fluoride concentration: 0.9 mg/l to 1.5 mg/l Treatment Chemicals Used for the Month: 23.8 lbs Chlorine 9.0 gals Fluoride 6.4 lbs Potassium Permanganate II. Operations and Maintenance: • The MN Department of Health Monthly Fluoridation Report was completed and submitted. • May 6th, a second meter was installed at 31170 Government Drive (Physical Therapy Bldg.) • May 12th, Kurt and I replaced the top section of a water valve -box located in NW corner of Mini - Storage Bldg. • May 13th, Tom's Backhoe installed a new water line to home at 30858 Pequot Blvd. The owner's well went bad, and he decided to hook up to city water. • May 18th, Mike and I went over to SuperValu and inspected the water /sewer areas. There are a couple of water valve -boxes on the west side of the bldg. that need to be raised. All else looks good. I sent an e -mail to Terry Hanson with Norson to inform. • Also on May 18th, Lance and I removed a 3" meter from the Pequot Pines Apt. Bldg. I sent it to Mid - America Meter Company on the 24th to have it rebuilt. • May 24th, delivered 8 delinquent water /sewer bill notices. `' • Started flushing hydrants on May 25th.
