Pequ�t ��►ke� P�li�e 1�/lor�thly 14eport <br /> Mav 2018: During the month of May (1n-31n),the Pequot Lakes Police Department has a record of 410 calls <br /> for service. Call types include but are not limited to: <br /> • Alarm <br /> • Disturbance <br /> • Domestic <br /> • Driving Complaint <br /> • EMS <br /> • Intoxicated Person <br /> • Public Assist <br /> • Suspicious Activity <br /> • Theft <br /> • Welfare Check <br /> Notable Calls: <br /> On 5/5/18, OfFicer Sheri Fyle was dispatched to a residence for a physical domestic. When she arrived, she <br /> learned that the female aggressor was intoxicated and left in a vehicle. While speaking to the victims,the <br /> female was observed driving. Officer Fyle pulled the vehicle over.The female was arrested for St" Degree <br /> Assault and 3�d Degree Driving While Impaired. <br /> On 5/23/18, Officer Matt lorgens responded to Breezy Point Resort after a report of a fully involved structure <br /> fire. Officer Jorgens assisted with evacuating nearby buildings and crowd control. <br /> On 5/12/18, Officer Matt Jorgens conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. Officer Jorgens noted a strong odor of <br /> marijuana coming from the vehicle. All three occupants (1 adult and 2 juveniles)were removed from the <br /> vehicle for a search. During the search, Officer Jorgens located drugs and drug paraphernalia. It was also <br /> discovered that all parties had warrants. OfFicer Ryan Franz arrived to assist with transporting the two <br /> juveniles to the detention center in Bemidji. One of the juveniles was also charged with 5th Degree Possession. <br /> Vehicle was seized and held as evidence and is pending a judicial forFeiture for possible possession of stolen <br /> property. <br /> On 5/29/18, Officer Matt Jorgens conducted a trafFic stop on a vehicle. Upon making contact with the driver, <br /> there were several items visible in plain sight that gave Officer Jorgens reasonable cause to search the vehicle. <br /> OfFicer Jorgens located 15 grams of ineth and various paraphernalia.The vehicle and $260 cash was seized for <br /> forfeiture. <br /> Other Arrests: <br /> 5/9/18: Officer Ryan Franz arrested a male for DAR, no insurance and four warrants on a traffic stop. <br /> 5/14/18: OfFicer Matt lorgens arrested two subjects for 5th Degree Possession on a traffic stop. <br /> 5/15/18: Officer Sheri Fyle arrested a male for DWI & Underage Drinking and Driving. <br /> 5/27/18: Officer Ryan Franz arrested a female for 4th Degree DWI and 3�d Degree Refusal to Test. Later that <br /> night he had another arrest: a male for 3rd Degree DWI and no MN Driver's License. <br />
