I <br /> visited your property this morning and took the enclosed photographs which indicate no <br /> attempt has been made to address these issues. <br /> Per City Code,the following Exterior Storage and Properry Maintenance issues must be <br /> addressed within�the nelct fifteen (15)days (by May i5, 2oi8): <br /> • Remove all solid waste,including but not limited to building materials, propane <br /> tank, pickup topper,appliances, and furniture; <br /> • Remove or store within a structure all other miscellaneous items currently stored <br /> outside. <br /> • Replace the broken and rotting doors on the garage; <br /> • Remove overgrown/dead shrubbery; <br /> • Remove the pile of tree limbs. <br /> The City Code states in Section 1�-7.4 MAINTENANCE that "All structures shall be <br /> properly maintained in a clean and acceptable manner so as not to constitute a <br /> menace to the public health,safety, conuenience,general welfare,property ualues, and <br /> aesthetics. All landscaping shall be properly maintained so as to preserue planting in <br /> a live state and free of noxious weeds." <br /> The City Code further states in Section i�-�.5 EXTERIOR STORAGE that "all materials <br /> and equipment shall be stored within a building or fully screened so as not to be uisible <br /> from adjoining properties..." <br />
