<br /> new or refurbished parts at its option during the term of this warranty.Lightking,either directly or via sub-contractors,shall also provide labor for all service and repair work for a period of 1 year

<br /> All items�etumed to LighUcing Outdoor andlor its Disbibutors must be safely packaged and shipped to avoid damage to equipment under warranty. When retuming equipment to LighUdng
<br /> Outdoor andlor its Disfibutors for repair or replacement,Buyer assumas all risk of loss or damage.
<br /> EXCLUSIONS

<br /> from the use of replacement parts not supplied by Lightldng Outdoor and/or its Distrfbutors.The equipment may require additlonal maintenance caused by issues other than nortnal wear and ,
<br /> tear. Such causes may include,but are not I(mited to:power surges or improper voltage supplied to LED sign,abuse of equipment,damage caused by improper repair w modification of the �
<br /> equipment,failures caused by environmental factors beyond LighUdng Outdoor andlor its Distributors'control such as envimnmental pollutants,damage from in�or animals,acts of God a
<br /> nature,terrorism,vandalism,or war. This Limited Parts Warranty does not indude paint or reflnishing the equipment or lumishing material for this purpose,electrical work extemal to the
<br /> equipment such as electrical dreuits,electrical panels or surge protectors,or service of accessories,attachments,or other devices not fumished by Lightking Outdoor and/or fts Distributors.
<br /> Certain failures may result in a required total replacemeM and/or upgrade of any w all of the components in the LED sign. In the event of a failure,the component will be checked thoroughly
<br /> and'rf the component can be repaired ar replaced,the costs of the repair or the replacement part are included in this Limited Parts Warranty. If the component cannot be repaired or replaced �I
<br /> for any reason,and an upgrade is�equired,then the Buyer shall be respansible for the diiference in cost betwesn the upgraded compnnent and the crost of the repaired a replaced component

<br /> LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
<br /> Buyer agrees that in no event sha�the Gability of Lightldng Outdoor and/or its Distributors exceed the amount of the purchase price. It is agreed that in no event shall LighUting Outdow and/or
<br /> its Distributors be liable for inadental,consequential or indirect damages,regardless of puse. Buyer understands and agrees that the prices for its LED sign would be higher in the absence of
<br /> this liability limitation. No action agair�st Lighdcing Outdoor and/or its Distributors shall be commenced more than one year after the cause of action.Lightldng Outdoor andlor its Distributors shall
<br /> have no liability with respect to daims arisir�g from use of third-party products and services.
<br /> FORCE MAJEURE
<br /> Lightldng Outdoor andlor its Distributors shall be excused from any liabiriiy under this Limited Parts Wartanty for any equipment failure caused by circumstances which are beyond the
<br /> reasonable control of the LighUdng Outdoor and/or its Distributors,induding without limitadon acts of God,natural disaster,labor or material shortages,war,earthquakes,wind storms,acts of
<br /> terrodsm,etc.
