The proposed rezoning is in conformance with the City of Pequot Lakes <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> i4.The future land use map identifies the subject properry as "Agriculture." <br /> The future land use map and comprehensive were adopted prior to the <br /> Highway 37� realignment project. The new highway is located adjacent to <br /> the west of the subject properry.
