Please note that it contains in excess of 70 businesses in Pequot Lakes on it. There were only 3 — <br />4 businesses that were asked to sign it that did not sign it. It also represents the vast majority of the <br />landowners that would have their property taken with the bypass alternative. My hope is that this will <br />be entered into the public record for comment. <br />This letter is also being published in the Echo at the expense of the business owners and property <br />owners.
