Council Member Pederson questioned if this includes fish houses on wheels. Dawn Bittner noted that up to two fish houses are still allowed. COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO APPROVE ORDINANCE 18- 04 AMENDING SECTION 17-3.2 DEFINITIONS, SECTION 17-7.4 EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE, AND SECTION 17-7.5 EXTERIOR STORAGE WITH THE CORRECTIONS PRESENTED. COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4- 1. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON OPPOSED. COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THE SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 18-04. COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-1. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON OPPOSED. 6.4. Ordinance Amendment Reqarding Definitions and Land Use Matrix Dawn Bittner informed the Council that due to the number of conditional use permit requests that were received for uses that should have been permitted the Planning Commission is unanimously recommending a revision to the land use matrix as presented. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPROVE ORDINANCE 18- 05 AMENDING SECTION 17-3.2 DEFINITIONS AND SECTION 17-5.16 LAND USE MATRIX. COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-1. COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA OPPOSED. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THE SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 18-05. COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. D. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently worlang on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. ➢ Virgil Dahl —This property was abated September 2�.
