APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Wilson, seconded by <br /> Planning Commission Member Birch,to approve the March i5, 2oi8 <br /> Minutes. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> P&Z ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> Bittner pointed out the one permit issued and the 4 letters sent. Bittner reported last <br /> month Chair Hallan had inquired if Wilderness Resort was submitting their rental <br /> reports. Meeting Minutes from August, 200�state the motion was to allow fraction <br /> sales for 6 units. The motion did not include receiving rental reports. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Wilson, seconded by <br /> Planning Commission Member Birch,to adjourn the meeting. All members <br /> voted"aye". Motion carried.
