The time limit may be extended up to six months by the Zoning <br /> Administrator for good cause. A second extension shall be decided by the Planning <br /> Commission." <br /> Due to the earterior not being completed,you will need to apply for a six month <br /> e�ension. I have enclosed the application for your signature. The fee is $50.00. If the <br /> exterior of both the dwelling and the garage are not complete six months after the <br /> extension is issued,you will need to meet with the Planning Commission for another <br /> extension.
