<br /> in the northeast portion of the property, and a ii.4 acre parcel (Tract B) consisting of the
<br /> remainder of the property. Proposed "Tract A" contains a dwelling, garage, and four
<br /> accessory structures. Proposed"Tract B" is vacant and predominantly wooded.
<br /> Proposed "Tract A" contains a compliant Subsurface Sewage Treatment System (SSTS).
<br /> Proposed "Tract B" contains suff'icient area for a primary and alternate location for SSTS.
<br /> Both proposed "Tract A and Tract B" have suff'icient access from County Road i6.
<br /> The adjacent parcels to the east and west are zoned Rural Residential, while the parcel to
<br /> the south is zoned Forest Management. The parcels to the north are within Jenkins
<br /> Township.
