FINDINGS <br /> 1. The applicant has complied with Conditions 2 and 4 placed on the Preliminary <br /> Plat approval as both are included in the Declaration. <br /> 2. As easement has been created for the storm drain located between Lot 1 and Lot <br /> 2 and is shown on the Final Plat. Maintenance of this storm drain is addressed in <br /> the Declaration. <br /> 3. The Final Plat agrees with the Preliminary Plat. The design has not changed <br /> since Preliminary Plat approval. <br /> 4. There are no public improvements or improvements that will ultimately become , <br /> public. Therefore, the City Engineer has not reviewed or commented directly on <br /> the Final Plat. <br /> 5. In a letter dated March 23, 2018 from Maureen Hayes, Minnesota Licensed Land <br /> Surveyor, #43805, indicates the Final Plat agrees with the Preliminary Plat. <br /> 6. The applicant has paid the Park Dedication Fee of$4,680. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council does hereby approve the <br /> Final Plat of Charliewood with no conditions. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes this 1 St day of May, 2018. <br /> Nancy A.
