Applicant has also fulfilled the <br /> Final Plat requirements contained in the Ordinance. All documents are <br /> acceptable to the City Attorney. <br /> Planning Commission Recommendation: The Planning Commission <br /> unanimously recommends the City Council approve the Final Plat of <br /> Charliewood, based on the following Findings of Fact: <br /> i. The applicant has complied with Conditions 2 and 4 placed on the <br /> Preliminary Plat approval as both are included in the Declaration. <br /> 2. As easement has been created for the storm drain located between Lot i <br /> and Lot 2 and is shown on the Final Plat. Maintenance of this storm drain <br /> is addressed in the Declaration. <br /> 3. The Final Plat agrees with the Preliminary Plat.
