This should not cause any
problems for us as we will not need it again until November.
11) Gate valve boxes needing cleaning were flushed with the jetter and valves exercised on 4/18.
12) We found a leak in the aeration line on the north side of the dike separating the wastewater ponds on 4/23.
The lateral with the leak was isolated and shut off and will stay that way until fall when pond levels are
low and we can repair it. The other two laterals on the north pond should be able to provide plenty of
aeration through summer for treatment so we aze not anticipating any problems there.
13) Spring Lake Engineering and Integrated Process Solutions have submitted proposals to upgrade the
SCADA/process control system at the City's WTP for the council to consider. I have experience with
both companies and each has a good reputation in the water/wastewater process control field and would
do a good job for the City.
Respectfully Submitted By Andrew Schwartc,Manager,Pine River Area Sanitary District
Please feel free to call my cell at 320-232-5787 with any questlons/concerns
For 24 hour emergency service call 218-851-9060
