i <br /> �'�q��t Lakes Police l�lonthly f�e�ort <br /> March 2018: <br /> During the month of March (1�-31�),the Pequot Lakes Police Department has a record of 358 <br /> calls for service. Call types include but are not limited to: <br /> • Alarm <br /> • 911 Hang Up <br /> • Fraud <br /> • Disturbance <br /> • Domestic <br /> • Intoxicated Person <br /> • Suicidal Person <br /> • Threats <br /> • Welfare Check <br /> Notable Calls: <br /> On 3/10/18, Officer Ryan Franz responded to a report of a physical domestic. A male called 911 <br /> stating that he and his wife were physically fighting and the female fell and hit her head.The <br /> male was ultimately arrested for Misdemeanor pomestic Assault. Officer Franz was assisted by <br /> the Breezy Point Police, Crow Wing County SherifYs Office and the Nisswa Police. <br /> On 3/15/18, OfFicer Ryan Franz was on routine patrol. He stopped a vehicle driven by a subject <br /> that he knew did not have a valid driver's license. He confirmed this with dispatch and placed <br /> the male under arrest. Upon searching the vehicle, Officer Franz discovered drugs and drug <br /> paraphernalia as well as coins, silver bars and over$3,000 in cash.The cash is pending <br /> forFeiture. <br /> On 3/19/18, Officer Sheri Fyle was dispatched to a report of welfare check on a male laying in <br /> the middle of the roadway. Upon arrival, Officer Fyle made contact with the subject who <br /> appeared to be intoxicated. Male was taken by ambulance to the emergency room. <br /> On 3/28/18, Officer Ryan Franz was on routine patrol when he stopped a vehicle for expired <br /> registration.After making contact with the two occupants, a Nisswa ofFicer arrived to assist. <br /> Dispatch confirmed the male driver had a warrant and he was placed under arrest.The female <br /> passenger was detained pending verification of her identity. Officer Franz and the Nisswa <br /> ofFicer conducted a vehicle search and located drugs and drug paraphernalia.The female was <br /> arrested on multiple charges including Felony 5th Degree Drug Possession and Gross <br /> Misdemeanor Giving Peace Officer False Name.The vehicle is pending forfeiture. <br />
