ORDINANCE NLTMBER�8-_, SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1�OF THE CITY CODE <br /> REGARDING DEFINITIONS AND I.AND USE MATRIX <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Purpose and Intent: The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to amend Chapter <br /> ��of the Pequot Lakes City Code regarding Definitions and Land Use Matrix. <br /> Amendment: Chapter 1�,Article 3.2 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Section ��-3.2. DEFINITIONS <br /> Brewerv- Manufactures processes atid �ti�arehouses irialt lic�uor tor ��vholesale <br /> distribution in off-sale�ack�es to retail liquor establishments and mav retail malt liauor <br /> product for on-site consumption in a taproom or for off-site consumption as �rowlers. A <br /> brewer ma�not have an owrnership interest in a brewerv licensed under Minnesota <br /> Statutes Section �4oA.�, Subd. 6, clause� <br /> Taproom- A room that is ancillar� to the production of inalt liquor at a brewerv where <br /> the �ublic can �urchase and/or consume onlv the malt liquor produced on_site____A <br /> ta�room may also sell malt lic�uor for off-sale consumption in�rowler contair,l��r�_ <br /> Distillerv—A�lace or establishment where distilling es�eciallv the distillin�, �l lic�uur5, <br /> is done. <br /> Solar Collector Systems, Roof Mounted Anv of several de«ces, includin� ballast <br /> svstems mounted on the roof of a princi�al or accessorv structure that absorbs and <br /> accumulates solar radiation for use as a source of ener��. <br /> Amendment: Chapter i�,Article 7.4 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Section i�-�.16 I.AND USE MATRIX. <br /> The Land Use Matrix is attached. <br /> Effective Date: This ordinance amendment shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> after passage and publication according to state law. <br /> Repeal: This ordinance shall repeal all ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br /> 1 <br />
