All work on vehicles shall be conducted within an enclosed structure. <br /> 6. A floor drain/sediment trap shall be installed in the auto repair area in <br /> accordance with Minnesota Department of Health's best management <br /> practices.The floor drain shall be connected to a holding tank and pumped <br /> regularly. The holding tank system shall be designed by a licensed SSTS <br /> designer. A copy of a maintenance/pumping contract shall be submitted <br /> to the city. The holding tank system shall be installed prior to the <br /> commencement of business. <br /> �. The existing vegetation along the north property line shall remain. <br /> Section i�-��.6 (8)of the Pequot Lakes City Code states "Failure by the owner to <br /> act on a Conditional Use Permit within i2 months, or failure to complete the <br /> work under a Conditional Use Permit within 2 years, unless extended by the <br /> Planning Commission,shall void the permit. A second extension shall require a <br /> new public hearing."
