I <br /> visited your property this morning and took the enclosed photographs which indicate no <br /> attempt in addressing the issues. <br /> Per City Code,the following Exterior Storage and Property Maintenance issues must be <br /> addressed within the next fifteen(15) days (by May i5, 2oi8): <br /> • Remove all solid waste, including but not limited to building materials,propane <br /> tank,pickup topper,appliances, and furniture; <br /> • Remove or store within a structure all other miscellaneous items currently stored <br /> outside. <br /> • Replace the broken and rotting doors on the garage; <br /> • Remove overgrown/dead shrubbery; <br /> • Remove the pile of tree limbs. <br /> The City Code states in Section 1�-�.4 MAINTENANCE that "All structures shall be <br /> properly maintained in a clean and acceptable manner so as not to constitute a <br /> menace to the public health,safety, conUenience,general welfare,property values, and <br /> aesthetics. All landscaping shall be properly maintained so as to preserve planting in <br /> a IiUe state and free of noxious weeds." <br />
