(Letterhead) <br /> LETTER ONE <br /> March 29, 2oi8 <br /> John Doe <br /> X�cx Anderson Street <br /> Pequot Lakes, MN 564�2 <br /> RE: City of Pequot Lakes <br /> Potential City Code Violation- <br /> PIN: <br /> 1234 West Sibley Street <br /> Dear Mr. Doe: <br /> It has come to my attention through a complaint that there are Exterior Storage and <br /> Properry Maintenance issues that need to be addressed at the above-captioned property. <br /> Per City Code,the following Exterior Storage and Property Maintenance issues must be <br /> addressed within the next thirty(30) days (by Apri128): <br /> • Remove all solid waste,including but not limited to building materials,propane <br /> #ank,pickup topper, appliances, and furniture; <br /> • Remove or store within a structure all other miscellaneous items currently stored <br /> outside. <br /> • Replace the broken and rotting doors on the garage; <br /> • Remove overgrown/dead shrubbery; <br /> • Remove the pile of tree limbs. <br /> The City Code states in Section i�-7.4 MAINTENANCE that "All structures shall be <br /> properly maintained in a clean and acceptable manner so as not to constitute a <br /> menace to the public health, safety, convenience,general welfare,property Ualues, and <br /> aesthetics. All landscaping shall be properly maintained so as to preserue planting in <br /> a liue state and free of noxious weeds." <br />
