Cafeteria plans — flexibility for employees to pick benefits <br />2. Dual option of existing copay plan and $2500 single /$5000 family HSA <br />(non- embedded) <br />3. HSA only plan <br />4. Dual option of high deductible plan (3 for free) and an HSA <br />What would the administrative costs be for the above options? <br />- The Committee would like the following plan designs from NJPA <br />1. $500 deductible plan <br />2. High deductible plan with 3 for free option <br />3. $2500 single /$5000 family HSA with embedded deductible <br />Tom Ryan's perspective of what the Council is requesting of the Committee: <br />Explore more benefit options so that employees have more choices with the <br />expectation of managing costs for the City due to budget constraints and <br />managing costs for employees as well. <br />Committee will meet again in late April or early May to review the above <br />information. <br />S: (Sandy DocumentslCity ClerkJnsurance120101nsurance Committee13 -5 -10 Meeting Notes.doc <br />
